SYBIL'S LIGHT MAYONNAISE 
1 egg
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Dash paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper, garlic powder to taste
3/4 c. corn oil

Place all ingredients except oil in blender. Blend on high speed, slowly adding oil while blender is running. Mixture will become very thick. Store in refrigerator in tightly covered container. Mayonnaise will keep for several weeks.
