SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. lean hamburger or ground turkey
2 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper

Do not brown meat first. Make into balls using 1/4 cup for each meatball. Will look and feel mushy but it will cook right. Put into 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Cover with sauce made with:

1 c. catsup
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

I like to double sauce, but not necessary. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour. May need to cover awhile.
