MEATBALLS IN MUSHROOM SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/8 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. Heinz 57 or Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
1 soup can milk

Mix first 8 ingredients and form into balls. Brown in skillet. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 soup can milk. Simmer 1 hour.
