SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
1/2 c. skim milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 minced onion
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
4 beef bouillon cubes

Mix together all but the bouillon cubes. Shape into balls and roll in flour. Brown meatballs in 2 tablespoons hot fat. Add 1 1/4 cup water and simmer covered for 1/2 hour. Remove meatballs to a casserole. Add 4 cups water to drippings. Thicken with flour. Add the 4 bouillon cubes and salt and pepper to taste. Cover balls with the gravy and heat in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
