5 sweet potatoes, sliced
5 lg. apples, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. lemon juice

Alternate layers of sweet potatoes and apples in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Dot with butter. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until potatoes and apples are soft.
