6 sweet potatoes
3 c. applesauce
2 sm. apples, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Bake potatoes and mash in medium bowl. Add applesauce and mix. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with apple slices. Combine juice, honey, salt and hot water. Mix and pour over sweet potato mixture. Drizzle melted butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
