DARK CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (3 c.)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Dash of salt
1/2-1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Can be made with milk chocolate chips for lighter fudge.

In heavy saucepan over low heat melt chips with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread in a wax paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours. Turn out on a cutting board, peel off paper and cut. Store loosely covered.
