CREAM CHEESE MOUSSE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp. Meyers Rum
Fresh raspberries or strawberries

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

2. Beat egg yolks, sugar and rum until very thick and creamy.

3. Slowly add egg mixture to cream cheese and blend until very smooth.
