ICE BOX SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1 green pepper
2 onions
2 carrots
2 stalks celery

1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard or mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Cool dressing. Mix with vegetables. Refrigerate for up to 6 weeks. Yield: 25 servings.
