KRAUTSTREUDELS 
1 lb. ground beef
Salt, pepper & garlic to taste
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 loaf purchased frozen bread dough
1 onion, chopped
1 can sauerkraut or 1/2 head chopped cabbage

1. Cook beef until done; drain fat. Add seasonings and kraut or cabbage. Allow to cool.

2. Roll thawed bread dough to 1/4 inch thickness, cut into 5 inch squares.

3. Fill each square with 2 teaspoons meat filling. Bring opposite corners together and pinch edges to seal.

4. Place the strudel on a greased cookie sheet and let raise for 30 minutes and then bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
