CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
2 cans green chili peppers, chopped
2 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. salt

Butter an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch pan. Put in drained chilies as a bottom layer, then a layer of cheese. Blend together until smooth the milk, flour, eggs, and salt. Pour over the chilies and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
