CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (28 oz.) can whole green chilies

SAUCE:

2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk

Layer in rectangular pan. Pour sauce over. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Reba T. Cross
