Fresh or canned green chilies Eggs Flour Cheese Spices Use 1 to 1 ratio of eggs to flour (by the tablespoon). Separate egg whites and yolks and put in separate bowls. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in egg yolks. Add flour (1 egg to 1 tablespoon flour) and mix. Add spices, dip green chilies stuffed with cheese into batter and fry on medium high heat in greased skillet until golden brown. |
