MERINGUE COOKIES 
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
Sm. pkg. of chocolate chips

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat in sugar, cream of tartar, salt and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop onto white paper covered cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
