CHOCOLATE CHIP MERINGUE COOKIES 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Salt
Food coloring (Opt.)
1 sm. pkg. mint chocolate chips

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, vanilla, salt and food coloring. Stir in chips. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by teaspoon on very heavily greased cookie sheet. Put cookies in oven, turn oven off and leave overnight. Remove carefully.
