CHOCOLATE CHIP SNOW TOP COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mint flavored chocolate chips

Melt 1 cup chips in microwave 1 minute. Stir, then microwave 1/2 minute more. Stir until smooth.

6 tbsp. softened sugar
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Beat until creamy. Add melted chips and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture, stir in remaining 1/2 cup chips. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and freeze until firm. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Coat with confectioners' sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until tops appear cracked. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove and cool completely.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
