CHOCOLATE BIT MERINGUE COOKIES 
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 pkg. chocolate bits

Add sugar gradually to stiffly beaten egg whites. Add vinegar, cream of tartar, chocolate bits. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
