MEXICAN PIZZA 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. bran
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 (16 oz.) bottle taco sauce, optional
1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies, drained (optional)
4 oz. each shredded Monterey Jack & Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1-2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 c. chopped ripe olives
1 c. guacamole dip
1-2 lg. (16 oz.) bags tortilla chips

Brown ground meat and bran together in a skillet over medium heat. Spread refried beans on a 12-14 inch ovenproof plate. Sprinkle meat mixture over beans and add taco sauce and chilies. Microwave for 5-7 minutes or bake 15-20 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees.

To serve: Sprinkle cheeses on warmed meat mixture. Pour sour cream in the middle. Make a circle of chopped tomatoes and a second circle of chopped ripe olives around sour cream. Pour guacamole on top of sour cream. Serve with plenty of chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
