MEXICAN PIZZA 
1 pkg. flat flour tortillas
1/2 onion, minced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ground beef (make into bite-size meatballs)
Sour cream
Taco sauce (opt.)
Avocado, sliced

Butter flour tortilla; put minced onion on top; heat in microwave one minute on medium high. Place cheese and pre-cooked meatballs (line in a row in center of tortilla) on tortilla; heat on medium high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Last thing is place avocado, sour cream, and taco sauce on top. Roll up and enjoy! Serves: 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
