MEXICAN PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 c. warm water
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers
16 oz. can refried beans
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. shredded lettuce
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped onion

Shred lettuce, chop onions and chop tomatoes. Combine biscuit mix and corn meal. Add 1/2 cup water, mix until a soft dough forms. Roll or pat dough to a 12 inch circle, build up edges about 1/2 inch. Bake crust at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile brown ground beef, drain off fat, add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water, bring to a boil. Spread refried beans on baked pizza crust, top with beef mixture and cheese.

Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, top with green chili peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Good with sour cream on top and black olives.
