FAVORITE FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. pecans or walnuts (optional)

Grease 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan.

Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa.

Add evaporated milk and butter; DO NOT STIR.

Place in microwave oven for 2 1/2 minutes or until butter is just melted.

Add vanilla and stir until all ingredients are well blended.

Turn fudge into prepared pan and place in freezer for 10 minutes to set.

Cut into 64 (1 inch) squares and place pecan half or walnut half on each square.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
