SPINACH & CREAM CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach Salt & pepper to taste 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. melted butter, divided 2 c. stuffing croutons Cook spinach according to package instructions. Drain. Combine spinach, salt and pepper, cream cheese and 1/4 cup butter. Mix well. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish. Combine 1/4 cup butter and croutons, stirring well. Spread croutons over spinach mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
