1 1/2 c. shredded cucumber, well drained
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve with vegetable strips.

FOOD PROCESSOR TIP: Cut 1 medium cucumber in half crosswise; place vertically in feed tube. Process with shredding disk; drain well. Cut onion into 1-inch pieces; place in work bowl. Process with steel blade, using on and off turns, until chopped.
