CUCUMBER DIP 
1 cucumber, peeled and finely grated
1 tsp. grated onion
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tsp. mayonnaise
Generous pinch of Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 or 2 drops green food coloring

Quarter the cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds before grating. Drain off juice. Blend with other ingredients. Chill and serve with vegetables as a dip.
