COUNTRY SUPPER MEATBALLS 
35 lbs. hamburg
2 qts. Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
2 qts. stewed tomatoes
3/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced
1 lb. hot sausage, crumbled
3 sm. cans sliced mushrooms
8 onions, chopped
3 bulbs garlic, minced

Make hamburger into balls and fry slowly in butter, browning evenly. Set aside. Fry lightly the crumbled sausage. Mix meatballs, pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms together. Brown the onions and garlic in a large pan. Add sauce and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes and pour over meatballs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until heated.
