CRANBERRY COBBLER 
1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries, or 2 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. sugar (if fresh berries are used)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Sprinkle fresh berries with 1/4 cup sugar. Place berries in 8x8 inch baking dish.

Combine egg and 1/2 cup sugar; add remaining ingredients. Pour over berries. Bake at 350 degrees F. 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. (Also good cold!)

Note: Other fruits may be substituted: apples, peaches, berries, etc.
