CRUNCHY TOPPING MIX 
6 oz. pkg. goldfish cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese crackers
2 c. oyster crackers
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 - 3/4 c. peanuts

Heat oven to 325°F. Spread crackers & noodles on ungreased jelly roll pan (15 x 10). In small bowl, combine oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce; blend well. Pour over crackers and noodles; stir to coat.

Bake at 325°F for 10 - 15 minutes. Cool completely and store in airtight container.
