CRUNCHY TOP HAM AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
2 lb. southern style frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 c. (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. sour cream
2 c. cubed cooked ham
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all casserole ingredients and mix well. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. (Serves 10 people.)
