CLAM CHOWDER 
6 lg. potatoes, diced
1 lg. chopped onion
1 can minced clams
1 can whole baby clams
1 stick of butter
1 can evaporated milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook potatoes and onion until firm (not soft). Add 1 can minced clams, 1 can whole baby clams including juice (may add bottle of clam juice if desired). When this comes to a boil add 1 stick of butter (may use 1/2 stick). Bring to a boil - then add 1 can of evaporated milk. Bring to a simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6.
