Easy to make and yummy. I used Old Bay seasoning and Emeril's original essence. A quick delicious meal on a snowy day.

I made a dish almost exactly like this last nite (with about 8 pollock fillets) but used olive oil instead of butter and added about half a tsp of dill, about a tsp of lemon pepper in place of the plain black pepper, and a little lemon juice. And after the baking time I broiled them to a crispy brown on top. They were great! The family loved it.

I was a little worried at first, but it was a great dish, and my children love it. The only problem is the high calories and fat!

Excellent dish. I fixed it over the weekend, and just absolutely loved it. I had 12 fillets (added extra to accommodate the number of pieces). I could not believe how well these tasted. I did try with buttermilk suggested by a previous review (didn't have sour cream). I will add this to my other collection of recipes.

Hi never cook a dish with pollock but my bf went fishing and that's what he came home with, didn't follow recipe really as didn't have time to go shopping...I left the fish whole and stuffed it with cheese sauce and onions spread butter over the top of the fish then rubbed pepper into it. My bf and his parents loved it, I had chips instead as don't like fish!! lol but it went down really well with everyone else

This recipe is excellent. The only thing I would cut or leave out the next time is the salt, the Parmesan cheese is salty enough. I was wondering if I can use the same mixture on cod fillets?

Wonderful, wonderful! Pollock is my favorite and this sure did beat any other recipe I have tried...Thanks for the great simplicity and the yummy combination...I think next time I will add a few more spices to get a heartier taste...I will try to let you know how it turns out. Lisa

This was very good and my husband just loved it! I did make some of the changes that others had recommended - I used the seafood spice and breadcrumbs on the fish, then I sprinkled it with pecan pieces (really good). I also combined the sour cream and some cream cheese, adding some fresh, minced garlic to the sauce as well. Baked in a 9 X 13 pan it turned out very nice! It is in my pile of recipes to make again soon!

I've never made pollock before, delicious! I had no sour cream so I used cream cheese instead,.. hubby said it was the best fish I had made.. Definitely pass this on.

It was good, but we did not like it as much as others. Next time I will try spices because, as my son said ... bland. But, nice texture and all that.

Pollock is very inexpensive and delicious. Hope the grocery stores don't raise the price once they see it is being sold more often. This is a favorite recipe with our family.

What a wonderful find... and surprise...

There was nothing leftover -even the sour cream sauce.

I did add into the mixture the homemade Emerils Essence Seasoning to spice the dish up some.

Once the baking time was completed- I put the dish under the broiler "just to tan up the top"

I served with Garlic toast and salad... Twas a FULL MEAL.
