TURKEY NOODLE BAKE | |
2 1/4 c. uncooked noodles 1 c. milk 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. cooked turkey, cubed 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted 4 tbsp. chopped pimiento 1 c. soft bread crumbs 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 4 tbsp. onion, chopped Cook noodles, drain. Blend milk, soup and salt in bowl. Stir in eggs. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Turn into shallow 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Submitted by: Mary Howard |
