PG'S MEATBALLS | |
2 1/2 lb. ground beef 3 eggs, beaten 1 cup Italian bread crumbs (Progresso or 4C) 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup fresh grated Gouda cheese 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper SERVE WITH: 1 (16 oz.) box pasta (your favorite) 1 (24 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite) Combine all ingredients, mix well. Roll into desired size balls. Brown in large skillet using olive oil. Remove from skillet and add to your favorite spaghetti sauce, in a large pot, and simmer for and additional 30 minutes in the sauce. Add to your favorite pasta. Submitted by: PG |
