PISTACHIO FRUIT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1/2 c. pecans
1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
9 oz. Cool Whip

Combine pudding and pineapple; stir until dissolved. Add the Cool Whip, marshmallows and pecans. Stir and refrigerate.
