CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. cooked chicken, cut up, marinated overnight

MARINADE:

3 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. salt

NEXT DAY ADD:

3 c. cooked rice, Success in a bag works well
1 1/2 c. green grapes
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 c. toasted almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix well. Will keep refrigerated for a week. Great as a covered dish for large gatherings or to take to someone.
