CHICKEN SALAD IN CANTALOUPE
RINGS
 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2/3 c. mayonnaise
Salt, pepper to taste

Mix all together and chill. Use circular slices of cantaloupe 2 inches thick, chilled. Place on lettuce leaves and fill with salad. Garnish with almonds.
