KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN COATING 
3 cups self-rising flour or Bisquick
1 tbsp. paprika
2 env. tomato soup mix (Lipton)
2 pkgs. Italian dressing mix (Good Seasons)
1 tsp. seasoned salt

In double plastic food bag, combine all ingredients well. Shake mixture well. Rinse chicken pieces in cold water, then dip in mixture. Can deep fry or oven bake by dotting with butter and baking uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour or until golden brown.
