SAUSAGE ALFRESCO 
1/2 lb. smoked sausage bite size
8 oz. uncooked fettucini (pasta)
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 minced garlic cloves
1 c. carrots cut in rounds
1 c. zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook fettucini and keep warm. Saute onion and garlic in large skillet with butter until tender. Add vegetables until done about 5 minutes. Set aside.
