SALMON LOAF 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can salmon, flaked
1 c. med. white sauce
1/2 c. top milk (cream or evaporated)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs

Add lemon juice to salmon oil, then add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in greased baking dish at 350 degrees until brown and set about 30 minutes. Serves 6.
