2 c. Bisquick
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. brown sugar

Bake in 13 x 9 inch greased and floured pan for 45-50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
