2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mince meat
1/2 c. nut meats

Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, and salt. Cream shortening and sugar together. Add eggs to shortening, one at a time; beat for 1 minute. Add milk, vanilla, mince meat, and nut meats as well as flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in 9x13 inch pan.
