WILD RICE SALAD WITH CHICKEN 
1 lb. wild rice
1/4 lb. white rice
6 c. water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 (20 oz.) can drained pineapple tidbits
1 can black olives, sliced
1 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. sweet pickle relish
1 lb. diced chicken (or ham)

DRESSING:

1 qt. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sugar
2-3 tbsp. vinegar
Lowry's seasoning to taste

Stir first 4 ingredients together in roaster or Dutch oven. Bake covered in 350 degree oven until water is absorbed (about 1 hour). Cool and add remaining ingredients, including dressing. Serves 20-30 ok to halve recipe.
