ALFREDO SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. cream
1 beaten egg (or 2 yolks)
1 c. Parmesan cheese (4 c. is great)
1/4 c. butter

Melt butter over low heat. Add cream and beaten egg. Mix in cheese. Stir until thickened. Put over cooked fettucini or spaghetti.
