CONTINENTAL CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 c. water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Place chicken breasts, seasoned with salt, pepper and herbs in crockpot. Combine water and soup and pour over chicken. Cover and cook. Last 1/2 hour add sour cream. Serve chicken with its sauce on bed of rice. Low: 6 to 8 hours. High: 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
