PANAKUKAN (BREAKFAST) 
1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs (eggs for more servings)
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients. In a 10-inch non-stick skillet, put 2 tablespoons butter and put pan in oven until butter is sizzling. Tilt pan to make butter cover bottom. Pour in batter. Put bake in oven for 14 to 18 minutes.

APPLE TOPPING:

2 apples, cut in pieces
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Put all ingredients in saucepan. Cook until apples are soft. Serve apple topping on panakukan and top with whipped cream.
