EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
2 eggs
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. hot scalded milk
2 oz. Amaretto, Kahlua, or other liquor (optional)
1 carton (12 oz.) Cool Whip or small carton whipped cream

Blend together in blender eggs and chocolate chips until smooth. Add hot milk and flavoring and blend well. Pour into large bowl and let cool. Fold in whipped cream and refrigerate. Serve cold. Serves 12.
