QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
8 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. coffee cream
2 tbsp. sliced green onion (optional)
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle bacon and cheese over bottom of pastry shell. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; carefully pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and custard is set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. 6-8 servings.
