COCONUT PECAN POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/3 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. cake flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (7 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add flour, milk, baking powder and flavoring; mix well. Last of all stir in coconut and chopped pecans. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let stand in pan about 25 minutes before removing from pan.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Milk

Mix together.
