SUGAR - FREE PUMPKIN PIE | |
2/3 c. brown Sugar Twin 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 tsp. ground cloves 1/8 tsp. ginger 1 can pumpkin (16 oz.) 3 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. milk Combine brown Sugar Twin and spices. Blend in pumpkin, eggs and milk. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake 30 minutes more or until knife inserted halfway between the center of pie and edge comes out clean. Yield 8 servings. Calories per serving 260. |
