THREE BEAN MEDLEY 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. chopped onions
1 lb. green beans, cooked & drained
1/2 lb. wax beans, cooked & drained
1 lb. lima beans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Heat the oil in a skillet; saute the onions 10 minutes. Toss with the green, wax and lima beans. Season with the salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the parsley before serving. Serves 6.
