1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
3 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. Cottage cheese
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Cook noodles. Brown ground beef in garlic butter. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Blend cheeses, add sour cream, onions and green peppers. Grease 9 x 13 inch casserole. Place all mixed ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
